UM Shell Game brings the classic street hustle to your server β three real cups, one ball, and a dealer ready to take your money. Every shuffle is generated on the server and synced to everyone nearby, and three difficulty tiers scale the stakes from casual to brutal.

What makes this package stand out.
No NUI minigame β three actual cups shuffle on a mat in the world, with the ball, dealer NPC and cash piles as physical props. Every swap gets a server-generated random duration, arc and spin, and an equalization pass pins all cups to identical positions so not even a millimeter of offset can betray the ball.
Everyone nearby watches the exact same shuffle β the server broadcasts one swap list to all players in range, so bystanders can follow the game, sweat the reveal, and get hustled into playing next.
Easy, Medium and Hard scale the bet, the payout, the number of swaps and the shuffle speed β on Hard the ball is shown for a blink and the cups move at nearly 4Γ the tempo, with its own longer cooldown.
Works with ox_target or qb-target through a bridge, and if no target resource exists it falls back to a clean TextUI flow: E to sit down, 1/2/3 to pick difficulty and cups β with 3D numbers drawn over the cups.
qbox, qb-core, ESX and standalone supported out of the box β money and identity go through small bridge files.
Locations, dealer model and animation, cup/ball/mat props, bets, rewards, swap counts, speeds and keybinds β all in one config file.
Props spawn only when a player is within range and despawn when everyone leaves; the TextUI loop runs on lib.points, so far away from the table the script costs exactly nothing.
